Contract and Revision Policy

1. Introduction

This agreement is established between Vast Audio and the client(s). By submitting the initial startup deposit, the client(s) agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

2. Services provided

Vast Audio agrees to provide recording, mixing, mastering, and any additional services purchased by the client.
 

3. Revisions

A) A revision is any list of changes to a project, submitted by the client(s) after the project has been deemed completed by Vast Audio.
B) The client is offered 3 free revisions for mixing and/or mastering projects. Any additional revisions beyond the initial three will include a fee of $20.00.
C) Revisions are not applicable to projects that include an hourly rate.

 

​4. Payment Terms

A) A start-up deposit of $30.00 is mandatory for all projects.
B) The remaining balance must be settled upon completion of the service(s) provided.
C) Ownership of the final product(s) will be transferred from Vast Audio to the client(s) upon full payment of the balance, agreed upon by both parties.
 

5. Cancellation of Services

Cancellations must be made within a notice of 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in a same-day cancellation fee of $30.00

6. Use of studio property

The client(s) will be expected to treat Vast Audio's property with care and respect. In the event that critical damage to our assets occurs due to client(s) actions or negligence, the client(s) will be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.

7. Smoking and Alcohol Policy

No smoking or alcohol consumption within ten feet of the building.

8. Privacy

Vast Audio agrees to keep any personal details and projects confidential. We will not sell your information.
