Vast Audio provides recording, mixing, mastering, audio production, music lessons, DJ, live-sound, consultation, and related services. Information, prices, availability, and service descriptions on the Site may change without notice and are not a guaranteed offer.

Any project-specific agreement, estimate, invoice, booking confirmation, Contract and Revision Policy, or written agreement between Vast Audio and a client controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Booking, payments, cancellations, and revisions

Service terms—including deposits, payment deadlines, cancellations, revisions, delivery, and ownership of final work—are governed by the applicable project agreement or Vast Audio’s Contract and Revision Policy. A booking is not confirmed until Vast Audio confirms it and any required deposit is received.

Client materials and rights

If you provide music, audio files, artwork, lyrics, recordings, or other content to Vast Audio, you represent that you have the rights and permission needed for us to use that material to provide the requested services. You remain responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, releases, licenses, and clearances.

Except where a written project agreement says otherwise, Vast Audio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, engineering methods, and other materials used to provide services. Ownership or license rights in final deliverables transfer only as stated in the applicable written agreement and after all amounts due have been paid in full.

Studio conduct and property

Clients and guests must treat the studio, equipment, staff, and other guests respectfully. Clients are responsible for damage caused by their actions or negligence and may be charged reasonable repair or replacement costs. We may refuse or end service for unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive conduct.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including text, branding, logos, images, videos, audio, and design—are owned by or licensed to Vast Audio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
